Business Target Delivering Internal Channel Targets across Unsecured Loan products PL, BL Overall Responsibility for Driving Internal Channel Business for Unsecured Loans Performance Review Monitor, Track & Review Key Performance parameters for the Internal Channel: Leads Generation, Lead Conversion %, Not Eligible %, Not Contactable %, Not Interested % Ensuring regular con-calls /visits by sales to the branches, tracking and reviewing the same on periodic basis Channel Training Ensure each VRM has basic training of the product at all VRM locations Process Improvise RA Sales Processes & drive higher volumes Review the processes constantly for improvement.

Should have end to end process & product knowledge
Should possess Sales skills
Planning and Organizing Skills
Mastering Digital Channels and their potential.
Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.
