Job Description
7 to 10 yrs. of hands on experience on BA – QA Different methodologies Waterfall, V and Agile model Mandatory
Minimum 3-5 yrs. of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or Billing Center with strong understanding of the end to end insurance lifecycle
Strong experience in P& C/General Insurance, Specialty Insurance and Re-insurance
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Agile projects
Experience working on various test management /lifecycle management tools like ALM, JIRA, ADO
Experience in various phases of testing like test requirement analysis, test case design, test execution, defect lifecycle
Good experience in estimation
Good experience in understand the domain impact for the projects and help developing test plans, strategies and other reports
Good experience in creation of multiple management reports
Experience handling customers directly
Exposure to various test metrics
Able to understand the application technology landscape like UI, API and DB layers
Should be good in communication
