Global Managed Service – Identity and access Management – Staff -L1 and L1.5
The IAM Administrator role will be primarily responsible for the engagement’s support and enhancements. Adhering to stated SLAs and ensuring high quality deliverables are also important.
Key Responsibilities:
Identity Management:
Help with user account and profile creation, modification, and deletion.
Ensure that user data in the IAM system is accurate and current.
Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues in a timely manner.
Access Control:
Configure and manage access controls using IAM systems and tools.
Implement and enforce access policies and procedures in cooperation with teams.
Monitor access permissions to detect and respond to unauthorized access attempts.
Security Compliance:
Drive access review and participate in audits to ensure that security rules and policies are followed.
Support the creation and upkeep of IAM-related documentation.
Incident Response:
Participate in IAM incident response activities.
Work together with the security team to investigate and address security breaches or unauthorized access.
Collaboration:
Improve IAM processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams such as IT, security, and compliance.
Keep up to date on IAM industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
Strong interest in identity and access management and cybersecurity.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Skills for teamwork and effective communication.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and security concepts.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with sensitive data
Willingness to travel when necessary
Willingness to work on-call support and occasional overtime as needed
Willingness to work in shifts as needed
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
