Global Managed Service – Identity and access Management – Staff

The RACF Analyst is responsible for managing and ensuring the security and integrity of mainframe resources by controlling access to critical systems and data through the RACF.

 

Key Requirements / Responsibilities:

Execute access provisioning and de-provisioning tasks in RACF system.
Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and procedures related to access management.
Generate reports for management, highlighting access patterns, potential risks, and compliance status
Identify and remediate any unauthorized access
Develop, execute, and debug Mainframe JOBs (JCL Programs)
Maintain comprehensive documentation of access provisioning processes and procedures.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, access controls, and security best practices
Create and manage batch JOBs schedules in CA7
Experience in design, develop and maintain REXX scripts for automating system tasks, file manipulations and data processing
Knowledge on UNIX commands
Experience in SailPoint platform, connectors and workflows for seamless provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts
Excellent communication and collaboration skill.

 

Skills and attributes for success:

1-3 years of experience in identity and access management, with specific experience in RACF or similar IAM tools.
Extensive experience in RACF commands on RACF groups, Human accounts and Service accounts
Experience in Mainframe system, TSO ISPF, JCL (JOB Control Language)
Experience working with CICS/IMS transactions
Must be comfortable working in shifts
Understanding accessibility and security compliance
Good time management skills – ability to prioritize and multi-task, handling multiple efforts at once
Powerful desire to understand and learn domain.

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

 

Work Requirements:

Willingness to travel as required
Willingness to be on call support engineer and work occasional overtime as required
Willingness to work in shifts as required
