The opportunity
The GDS Alliances SAP PartnerEdge Program Operations support will be responsible to carry out day to day operational activities and provide seamless support to the GDS Alliances SAP PartnerEdge Program Operations Support specialist. The incumbent will ensure alignment with EY’s global strategies while managing the intricacies of business, legal and Independence requirements across diverse transactions.
Your key responsibilities
Handle generic Resale and Referrals program email communication
Internal interaction with EY GCO, Independence, Quality, client teams
Perform actions in the internal workflow tool in timely and accurate manner
Perform deal registrations in SAP Partner portal for eligible customer deals
Submission of claims in SAP Partner portal in timely manner
Provide coordination support across Sector, Regions, Areas, and Functions
Execute all tasks delegated by the GDS Alliances SAP PartnerEdge Program Operations Lead – adhere to required timelines and quality standards.

Should be very comfortable with virtual working and teaming. Strong interpersonal skills
Should have good English speaking and writing skills, should be an effective communicator
Should be a fast learner and should be quick to pick up concepts and requirements
Should be able to work in a properly organized manner and adhere to high accuracy and quality standards
Extremely comfortable with using virtual communication tools like MS Team, VC, etc
Technologies and Tools
SAP partner Portal user experience
MS Office skills: Intermediate level experience in Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with workflow management tools
Educational qualification
Graduation in Commerce (or Business Management, Administration)
Experience
5-7 years of experience in service delivery teams in an off-shored environment.
Experience of interacting with geographically dispersed professionals strongly preferred
