Inviting applications for the role of Vice President – Trust & Safety
The Trust & Safety Service Line Leader will be responsible for the service line globally across all focused industries of Genpact including Consumer Goods, Retail, Hitech, Life Sciences, Semiconductor, and Manufacturing, among others. S/he will lead the design and implementation of growth strategies for Trust & Safety Service Line in Genpact by leveraging our market leading presence in technology partnerships and transformation expertise, managed services operations and knowhow, and complementary services lines and capability centers, like experience, analytics, and data engineering.
This role reports to the Global Head of Enterprise Service Lines in Genpact who reports to the CEO. The Trust & Safety Leader will work in close partnership with the Sales team, Digital and Analytics teams, Vertical Transformation Service teams and Operating teams across industry verticals to shape and deliver the growth strategy.

The key responsibilities of this role are:
Design and deliver on the Trust & Safety Growth strategy for Genpact; build a strong Trust & Safety service line with industry leading practices and offerings
Scale up digital/analytics-led transformation solutions with the necessary partnership strategy and teaming internally with the Digital team
Provide functional knowledge and expertise in key Trust & Safety processes
Provide working knowledge of the technology marketplace and leading platforms for functions we help clients transform and/or operate.
Develop and organize team to create content for a strong body of IP, white papers and collaterals to carve out a thought leadership position for Genpact and branding recognition with Trust & Safety executives
Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations and other related practice teams to ensure the success of engagements
Lead all activities w.r.t. design and build of the Trust & Safety service line team including org redesign, recruiting, capability build, and performance management
Minimum qualifications
Strong domain expertise and experience in Trust & Safety operations
Experience in running a P&L for more than few years.
Experience in working with global and diverse teams
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate optimal between different subject areas and have a high level of executive presence. Formidable leadership, outstanding written and oral communications skills, coordination, problem-solving and negotiation skills
Intellectually curious, willing to challenge, bring new insights to the table and do things differently in pursuit. Highly collaborative, a phenomenal teammate and hands on, with the ability to thrive in a diverse global environment
Preferred qualifications
Strategic orientation: Ability to set a vision and define growth strategy for the service line, gathering input and gaining alignment with the team as well as other Genpact leaders; identify and shepherd new offerings/practices with leaders and partners; build go to market strategy, scale plans, etc.
Proven record of building strong client and partner executive relationships, with experience selling and delivering solutions and services
Strong financial acumen and experience in building and implementing business plans, profitable strategies, coordinated with related and supporting functions at Genpact.
Operational acumen – ability to stand up (when needed), institutionalize and mature the operations of the organization for scale
Ability to inspire and build a high-performance team, attracting senior leaders from industry and other consulting firms; brings a measured approach to managing motivation and engagement levels in the team as they handle day-to-day challenges and pains of a growth business.
