Inviting applications for the role of Vice President – Taxation 

Responsibilities- Tax lead for Global ERP Implementation. 

Leading Global ERP implementation from tax perspective (Direct tax, indirect tax, and transfer pricing) and managing various activities e.g., tax requirements, design discussions, tax test plan discussions etc.  

Coordination with various stake holders i.e., ERP implementation team, tax consultants, Tax Engine Implementor, Internal regional finance, IT, and tax teams 

End to end project management of the ERP implementation from tax perspective covering various activities including. 

Ensuring timelines are tracked and teams and resources are aligned 

Coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to get the activities completed on time 

Ensuring that any key issues from tax perspective are identified and highlighted to management in timely manner 

Documenting all change management areas from tax perspective 

Leading long term Tax process transformation from direct tax, indirect tax & transfer pricing perspective 

Understand current tax processes and identify opportunities to bring operational efficiencies in tax processes  

Lead all tax transformation initiatives at the global level in various areas viz. compliance, transfer pricing, reporting, documentation etc 

Setting up business processes concerning areas impacting taxes  

Setting up tax policies, tax governing matrix for implementation at the global level 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

Good hands-on experience in handling indirect taxes and direct taxes matters for multiple countries 

Good understanding of tax processes including interaction with finance and other stake holders 

Should have worked /led ERP implementation from tax perspective 

 Chartered accountant with experience. 

Preferred qualifications   

Experience in implementation of tax engines will be added advantage 

Experience in transformation of tax process will be added advantage 

Good project management and communication skills
