Inviting applications for Vice President, Life Science & Healthcare Analytics 

We are looking for Vice President with experience in Commercial analytics in pharma / life science, for leading operations and growth across our Life Science practice. This role will be key to driving operations, delivery, growth, innovative solutions and consulting capabilities within our team 

Key Requirements 

Experience in Pharma / Life sciences/Healthcare industry, leading large and complex cross geography delivery teams 

Deep experience in setting up and running operations, delivery, growth and solutions across the Life Science buying centres – sales, marketing, access, go to market, forecasting, patient, digital 

Experience in driving innovation and transformation ideas across the Life Science analytics spectrum.  

Have experience across emerging areas and trends whin Life Science and Healthcare space to propose solutions / drive growth e.g. Digital, Omni Channel, Analytics industrialization, Digital Therapeutics, Integrated GTM models, Specialty, Patient Health etc. 

Have experience in managing large Analytics accounts / COEs, multi geographic diverse accounts encompassing analytics across maturity chain – descriptive, predictive, prescriptive, Data Science, Data Engineering, AI/ML etc 

Has led large operations and P&L – revenue targets, profitability , people excellence, ops modernization  

Has supported large RPF and various organizational / service line growth initiatives like strategic blueprinting, capability development etc. 

Lead strategic and operational governance with senior client and Genpact leadership teams 

Proven capability in leading diverse teams of domain and analytics specialists, senior operations manager etc 

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support Genpact transformation roadmap, hiring, people growth, operations etc. 

Prior experience across various functional areas – brand launch support, brand positioning, customer segmentation, patient analytics, market mix modelling, campaign effectiveness measurement, sales force effectiveness, market access,  

digital, forecasting, competitive analysis, Omni channel etc., Experienced in pharma data sets & data strategy  

Qualifications 

Bachelors in Pharmacy / technology 

MBA / PHD  

MS/MTech/Mpharma
