Inviting applications for the role of Vice President,  Lean Digital Transformation Programs!

 

 The Corporate LDT function is working with all the verticals and regions in Genpact to aggressively embed digital in operations, make the operating ecosystem a fertile ground for transformation project identification & reimagine our client operations with the power of digital, data and design.

To drive this agenda, you will hold end to end accountability of several critical programs which have $ booking targets in addition to overseeing outcomes on the digital disruption that are to be achieved.

All parts of the operating ecosystem in addition to the LDT teams in the verticals and regions need to be orchestrated into a well-oiled machine to meet the program success criteria with respect to business outcomes and booking targets.

Responsibilities

Delivery & Planning of Complex Company Wide Programs

Single owner for driving the agenda with larger teams of digital embedment & transformation programs from the operating ecosystem. This spans across multiple business verticals and geographies

Partner Management, Governance and Change Management

Align internal (capability centers & practice teams) and external partners (technology) to a common vision and drive commitment
Act as Change Leader and drive case for change through shared view of future state, business imperative, and drive consistent message for change vision and how to get there.

Personnel Management – Grow and develop an Alpha team of project managers
Forward looking financial management & reporting

Deliver program as per planned expenses and ensure recognition of planned bookings
Handle and repurpose overall program budget across multiple projects

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Post-graduation degree – MBA preferred
Experience in digital program management or service delivery management experience with growing responsibility
Leadership experience growing/developing and mentoring your team
Confirmed experience in balancing complex programs: End to end program management with services transitions from old to new operating models at the core
Presentation & Storytelling skills: Proven experience running a meeting or large-scale presentation with ease with senior executives
Consultative Mind-set: Strategic perspective on the work we do and how it can impact our clients
Experience in leading “enterprise wide” programs

Preferred Qualifications

Successfully led Digital/Technology based Transformation programs. Experience of implementation of digital platforms or tools (Robotics/Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence)
Knowledge of transitioning services from clients into new delivery operating models
Expertise in Change/Risk/Communications/Planning management
Adept in leading/co-facilitating Design Thinking workshop or implementing the methodology
Should have experience in working with global/cross-cultural clients and teams
Skilled with working in a matrix organization, similar to Genpact’s structure
Leadership and Social Skills: Ability to network and build positive relationship with partners (internally and externally)
Intuition For Business: Drive end-to-end thinking and solutions to deliver long term benefits to our clients
Commercial Acumen: Ability to develop outstanding pricing/cost models, design financial strategies, groundbreaking benefits and negotiations of same
Ability to work with cross cultural teams – Be sensitive and aware of what is acceptable behavior across different cultures/ethnic groups/religions etc.
