Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Financial Crimes Advisory

We provide consulting expertise within financial crimes, technology, and risk. In combination with Genpact managed service expertise, we can help to transform the full Financial Crimes operational lifecycle. We are a growing team looking to implement groundbreaking technical and consulting solutions to complex real-world problems. 
As a Leader in the Financial Crimes Consulting practice, you will source, design, and lead projects end-to-end in the areas of programmatic and risk assessments, target operating model, model validation and tuning, data management, technology, and training. 
Developing business through industry relationships whilst working closely with leadership throughout Genpact to demonstrate existing client relationships will be supported and encouraged. 
Being Strategic and bringing thought leadership to the Financial Crime practice and Genpact more widely, whilst playing a key role in establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships in support of the Genpact mission to provide consulting, technological, and operational expertise. 
Responsibilities
•    Support large scale financial crimes advisory engagements and provide direct support to clients, including implementation assistance with new financial crimes requirements and policies
•    Support business development initiatives focused on financial industry clients
•    Handle the development and presentation of final client deliverables
•    Lead all aspects of the quality of client engagements and the development of staff
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Proven career with at least 8 years of experience in the anti-money laundering and financial crimes space in consulting, industry, law enforcement, intelligence, or military.
•    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field
Preferred Qualifications
•    Demonstrated ability to connect with senior executives of leading organizations to generate new business relationships and projects
•    Shown ability to lead teams comprised of diverse backgrounds and skill sets
