Inviting applications for the role of SM, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
(BB) would be responsible for driving the Continuous Improvement & Process
Transformation agenda for a set of functions within the organization through
usage of Lean, Six Sigma and other methodologies, sharing of best practices,
driving the LSS (Lean Six Sigma) DNA and process excellence practices,
facilitating training etc.

BB
would also be expected to design and execute value generating roadmaps, lead
and ensure execution of high impact projects and partner with multi-function
teams to constantly enrich the engagement. The person should be passionate to
apply Lean Six Sigma thinking and bring-in insights and best practices.

BB
would be required to manage key business stakeholders at client and Genpact
ends to insure that the right level of sponsorship is there for projects. BB
would also be required to drive strong governance of the roadmap to insure we
deliver to the timelines and benefits agreed to with the customers. Along with
this, the BB may lead a team of black belts aligned to Genpact’s corporate
functions and will be responsible for driving a ‘mind-set’ and a culture of
process improvement in the team.

Driving

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

MBA /
PGDM with Operations or Finance specializationStrong
Process excellence / re-engineering / Lean Six Sigma experienceStrong
FnA domain knowledgeStrong
quantitative and analytical skillsKnowledge
of Statistical tools / Knowledge of various Quality Systems/ Knowledge of
MinitabAbility
to mentor effectively and bring in end-to-end thinkingSolution

Preferred qualifications

Lean
Six Sigma certified Black belt with work experience in FnA domain (OTC/RTR/PTP)Exposure
to Digital tool implementation in FnA processes (RPA, Process Mining etc)PMP /
Project Management certification
