Inviting applications for the role of Senior Analyst, Compliance
•    Working closely with the Compliance Function in support of its responsibilities and driving the delivery of Compliance monitoring processes to ensure appropriate oversight and control on all regulatory matters.
•    Escalating any breaches or concerns identified through Compliance monitoring controls via the appropriate governance framework
•    Assisting in the reporting of Compliance processes to key stakeholders and Committees and Boards.
•    Assisting in the due diligence for a range of controls across existing operations.
•    Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships when interacting with the business to complete all key responsibilities
•    Supporting the sanctions team by carrying out sanctions searches and checks when required
•    Supporting the Compliance Function in the management of the relationship with the Group Compliance & Ethics department.
•    Assisting in the administration and delivery of core Business As Usual Activities and Horizon Scanning processes when required
•    Adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements forms part of your role, and the demonstration of behaviours as set out in the Conduct Risk Policy, as they relate to your role, is core to our commitment to placing customers at the centre of our business and behaving with integrity. We expect you to understand your responsibilities relating to all regulatory and internal requirements, and to proactively demonstrate compliance with these requirements and behaviours at all times. These requirements include Solvency II, fair treatment of customers, Financial Crime, Data Protection, Conflicts of Interest, and Whistleblowing. 
Responsibilities
•    Experience in Insurance vertical/Banking/Financial Services (must have)
•    Understanding of the general insurance industry/financial markets and ideally the Lloyd’s market (good to have)
•    Experience in monitoring and reporting is ideal
•    Competent in the use of Excel for data analysis and manipulation
•    Experience in Third Party Due Diligence (TPDD) / sanctions screening solution (must have)
•    Understanding about screening databases like Lexis Nexis, Dow Jones, Thomson Reuters, etc. (good to have)
•    If Yes, experience with elimination of bulk alerts, true hit red flags identification is required
•    If Yes, distinguished understanding of screening companies and individuals is required
•    Awareness of the role and responsibilities of Compliance / Procurement Function
•    General awareness about risks emerging from third parties, mitigating framework and implications of such risks
•    Should be a good team player, ready to accommodate to customer timelines and deliverables
•    Must be able to react to deadlines with flexibility and integrity
•    Proven experience and track record of solving problems
•    Strong attention to detail 
•    Able to prioritize effectively in order to meet tight deadlines and escalate any issues quickly
•    Ability to learn and adapt to new technology systems quickly and confidently.
•    First class people skills and a team player with excellent communication
•    Able to challenge and be challenged.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Graduate / Post Graduate with experience in Insurance and Banking Industry.
Essentials
Travelling:  Currently WFH. However, once normal scenario resumes, it is expected for the employee to work from Gurgaon office. Further, there may be a potential need for travel to client location (0-5% of the time at a maximum).
