Looking for someone with key competencies in the execution of the application implementation tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Windows Application Management team, within the Personal Productivity tribe, owns and supports Microsoft Windows 10, as well as Application management platforms, including Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, Admin Studio and Aternity.
Work as a Windows Platform Engineer in an Agile squad focused on implementing and enhancing end user experience with Application lifecycle management and User Experience.
Manage application deployments, package MSI’s, configure configuration items and baselines policy, via Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, Aternity, and others.
Develop, test, and implement configuration changes and/or driver updates to improve overall Windows client stability & performance
Worked on Windows Registry, File System, Services, Devices, Hardware Drivers, Security components packaging
Developing custom application packages and rewraps of existing vendor packages as necessary.
Performing full life cycle of software packaging including definition, requirements gathering, analysis, packaging, and testing.
Developing, packaging, and supporting applications to update systems to the latest build.

Provide packaging solutions using scripting PowerShell, VB Scripting, silent installs, and conflict resolution
Strong comprehensive problem-solving skills to identify and solve issues quickly.
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a virtual, geographically dispersed team bringing a sense of urgency to the tasks at hand.
Effectively handle difficult and stressful situations with poise, tact and patience, while demonstrating a sense of urgency.
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and quality-minded.
Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications we seek in you!

What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role:

Fluent written and spoken English, language skills a must

Mandatory qualifications – In addition to above

Expert Skills with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, System Registry, and WMI
Experience with SCCM CB architecture and administration, Admin Studio, InstallShield, VBScript and / or Powershell / batch scripting, Intune experience a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Deployment methodologies and toolsets
Expert level of knowledge on Application compatibility, Performance, Scripting
Working knowledge of performance measuring and monitoring tools including but not limited to:

Windows native performance tools
Sysinternals

Working knowledge of Active Directory & Group Policy
PowerShell scripting experience
Familiarity or experience working will Agile teams and methodologies, a plus.
