We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Data Analytics!
In this role, you will be responsible for providing insights to Genpact’s clients by querying large sets of data from various ERPs and databases and analyze the same.  
Responsibilities 
•    Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for all stakeholders including non-finance audiences 
•    Analyze complex business needs of GBS initiatives to identify opportunities, the impact of process changes, and propose solutions.   
•    Assists in the development of operational scorecard enhancements and ensure data integrity 
•    Transform and analyze large sets of data from multiple sources for decision support recommendations. 
•    Perform data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design using advanced Excel

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Proven related experience with exposure to financial reporting and analysis
•    Master’s degree with strong quantitative skills and strong academic record

Preferred Qualifications/Skills
•    Advanced capability with Microsoft Excel including VBA programming and as well as database experience 
•    Ability to think logically
•    Quantitative analysis skills and analytical based thinking 
•    Ability to consolidate complex data / information into concise communication points
•    Attention to detail 
•    Experienced in leading meetings with clients and stakeholders 
•    Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to shifting priorities
•    Must be a self-starter, flexible, and able to work on time sensitive projects
without daily supervision
