We are inviting applications for the role of Associate, Warranty Analyst

Responsibilities

Adjudicate pay or deny the claim received.
Oversee & ensure warranty support on pre- & post-contractual warranty administration & management, terms & conditions of the contract, & management of claims.
Manage ageing claims with regular follow-ups with the end customer/client for the smooth closure of the claim.
 Identify the root cause of the failure of claimed parts and pay the credit accordingly.
Good understanding in service bulletins.
Ensure process KPI are maintained– TAT, Accuracy
Provide support to IT team for the enhancement of the warranty portal.
Customer relationship management through conducting periodic reviews.
Prepared weekly and quarterly open/closed warranty claims showing the activities of all warranty claims paid to streamline the process and minimize delays.
Performed Quality Audit for the team.
Take ownership for new initiatives and analytics

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor or Master in any disciple
Good Communication skill and Proficiency in MS Excel.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Decision making skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications

Prior Aviation experience
Analytical Mind, Reasoning skills, Proactive, Self-Starter, Ability to work with larger team, Work under Pressure
