We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President – GPO

This is a customer facing role which involves Leading and Collaborating with the Client on Process Improvement and Transformation initiatives leading to Business Impact.

The role would require extensive stakeholder management working with Genpact Operations teams, Client Shared Services team, Client Technology team and Genpact Lean Digital team with required experience on Change Management while working with various Legal entities and countries.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Relevant working experience in PTP function preferably in the Process Excellence function in a Third party or Shared Services set up.
Manage the delivery of outsourced services F&A : PTP to ensure customer satisfaction and increased revenue through client up-sell
Leading and Driving Process improvement Initiatives across the entire PTP Lifecycle focusing on Procurement, Invoice Processing, Payments and Vendor Query management etc.
Use lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda
Should be able to work with cross functional teams like Operations, GPO, Digital team, Transformation team, Transitions team etc.
Pro-active, ability to trouble shoot, work through organizational change scenarios.
Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and raise performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps.
Collaborate in the new deal process including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition and stabilization

Skills and Experience:

Graduate in Commerce, Marketing or Finance discipline with an MBA from a reputed College. Skilled communicator with exceptional presentation and project management skills.
Preferably holding Payables or Supply chain accreditations from renowned bodies like TAPN/ IOMA USA etc.
Should have at least completed the Green Belt Certification from a renowned Professional body.
Exposure to Industry Best practices around the best in class PTP Metrics performance and should have the working experience on SAP and Oracle ERPs and Platform tools like COUPA, Supply On, Ariba, etc
Be a key driving force in handling new/existing relationships with a set of valuable clients leading to a balanced P&L
Develop a strategy for engaging and transitioning new deals while running and growing the existing relationships
Responsible for ensuring the right solution is proposed for new deals, actively participating in the deal process, aiding and enabling robust transitions, delivering ongoing client satisfaction through consistent high-class service delivery, and thereby ensure high NPS, cross sell and profitability
Lead the way in implementing new technologies in operations and display an excellent executive presence
Engage in building collaborative teams that align and work to achieve Genpact and Client goals

Minimum Qualification

Graduate in Commerce, Marketing or Finance with an MBA from reputed institutions.

Preferred Qualification

Ability to prioritize and handle optimal across many competing and concurrent tasks
Ability to handle through indirect authority and matrixed organization structures
Excellent conciliation, facilitation, influencing and consensus building skills
Ability to work with all levels of the organization
