Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Continuous Improvement Lead

This role requires excellent organizational and analytical skills to handle the transaction flow and provide direction and coordinate accounting & reporting functions to ensure timely closure of period ends. The incumbent will be responsible for the daily supervision and efficiency of the team. Manage and provide overall direction and guidance to deliver on operational goals within assigned areas and ensure timely and accurate completion of work with excellent partner management skills. 

Responsibilities

Ensure delivery of Transformation roadmap to the client as per agreed solution. Also, ensure a corresponding release of headcount on the floor.
Drive improved outcomes for markets- improved paid on time/On time billing, etc.
Be the transformation-related face to In market teams-ensure projects & initiatives are presented to the right market. 
Drive a culture of lean/Six sigma with best practice sharing across markets.
Continuously look for other G solutions/offerings that will be relevant to the client organization.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

Chartered Accountant, Commerce Graduate or MBA Finance
F&A domain experience and in-depth end to end process knowledge
Sound financial & commercial Business Understanding
Resource needs to be Collaborative, energetic, confident, assertive & strong in communication
You should have managed large-sized F&A Teams for a meaningful period and possess excellent domain & hands-on expertise in Finance & Accounting.

Preferred qualifications 

Knowledge of Digital tools that apply to the F&A domain would be an added advantage
