Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, AP TIO (Transformation and Innovation Officer)

This role is a combination of F&A domain skills, process improvement mindset, understanding of best practices, good commercial sense and excellent customer facing skills (executive presence, ability to listen and address specific problems, articulate acceptable and reasonable solutions, etc.)

Responsibilities

Align with and partner with Genpact Operations/ Enabling functions and with Customer on Finance transformation projects and drive them to closure
Identify opportunities to provide business impact to customer and deliver beyond commitments through standardization, consolidation, lean/six sigma, best practices framework, case studies, benchmarking for making processes more efficient and effective
Actively engage with customers to understand and address customer pain points and vision
Provide direction and coaching to the operations team to align to customer goals and deliver on commitments consistently
Ability to foresee risks, be proactive and predictive while developing mitigation plans
Ability to build impactful customer relationship; enhance Net Promoter Score

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce with experience in the specific domain
Prior experience in the BPO Industry
Experience driving Six Sigma initiatives and Transformation projects
Experience in managing teams
