Job summary
The Financial Analyst will partner with the Onsite Finance teams located across the globe to support various analytical, planning and reporting needs. This position will be responsible for building and managing critical performance indicators and business analyses and requires a candidate with strong project management skills, communication skills, and some technical experience. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in cross-functional teams, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate must have superior attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. Job responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

Developing and managing improved systems to measure business performance
Developing and reporting on financial and operational performance metrics
Financial and Non Financial analysis and evaluation of important new business initiatives – Supporting the development of annual operating plan
Long and short term financial planning
Controllership of monthly financial reporting
Partner with the business team to develop new ideas and creative solutions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Fluency in written and oral communication · Any graduate/ PG with specialization in finance/accounting required · Fluency in Microsoft Excel is a must; SQL, Microsoft Access, Oracle Financials and Cognos is a plus · 10+ years of relevant finance experience · Advanced analytical skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment · Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

CA/MBA degree is preferred · SQL, Microsoft Access, VBA, Oracle Financials and Cognos is a plus · Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions · Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment · Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload · Ability to work in cross-functional teams · Customer focus and professional demeanor.
