Professional Qualification if any: Six Sigma Black Belt Certified with 15+ years of work experience
Skills ( Must Have)
Certified Black belt with comprehensive understanding of Business Process Outsourcing services.
Experienced professional who have previously worked in programs and project management, business or digital transformation roles, either in the similar industry or in a client-side advisory role.
Experience in deploying Process Excellence & Quality framework using structured problem solving techniques with good data analytics and problem solving skills.
Must have led/ driven six sigma and lean projects. Driven & mentored various improvement projects by implementing Lean, Six Sigma & Business Analytics methodologies impacting business CTQs like Top line, Bottom Line & Customer Satisfaction.
Sound experience in driving large transformational programs with good experience into emerging tech like RPA/ AI/ ML.
Ability to drive Digital transformation projects with strong understanding of Engineering, Project Management, Lean Principles, Six Sigma, Financial acumen.
Demonstrated experience of sustaining and developing critical relationships. Must have worked in cross functional teams and demonstrated ability to drive change in the process.
Proven experience in managing in client Management with past experience of working with global client’s involving multiple stakeholders.
Ability to Coach and facilitate individually.
Exposure to Chrome Extensions, RPA and AI/ ML.
Experience in driving high impact transformation projects involving technology and process re-engineering.
Understanding of basic P&L and accounting practices.
Job Description
Manage end to end responsibilities on global client engagements.
Good to have experience in FAO domain [Finance, Account & Operation] and P2P, O2C OR R2R with major focus on RTR.
Lead consulting assignments and deliver business value to the customers through quality initiatives.
Lead / support change management initiatives for client.
Responsible for building domain & technology expertise within the firm, enabling successful program delivery.
Participate actively in building an industry focused practice across diverse service lines.
Partnering with business to plan quarterly/annual transformation roadmap for diverse initiatives.
Drive technology-based business improvement processes and strategies. Identifying improvement opportunities to infuse efficiency and effectiveness into business processes through process optimization, digitization, leveraging smart scripts and RPA.
Implement automations (understanding of functional knowledge of the tools, not development related)
Drive projects to improve and maintain the profitability of the process. Work closely with customers and operations leadership team to identify improvement opportunities and drive them to closure.
