As a member of the Core Business Services (CBS), you have an opportunity to work across teams that extend knowledge, resources, and tools to the wider firm helping them deliver exceptional service to our clients, gain in the marketplace and aid the firm’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Aid Services, Administrative Services, Brand, Marketing and Communications, and Quality and Risk Management.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

To Develop recruiting strategies to source, attract and recruit to fill key tech/risk/ quant  positions.
To Identify and engage top-tier talent in the industry.
Collaboration with hiring managers and Recruiters to understand recruitment needs.
To Utilize various channels and platforms to attract qualified candidates.
To Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence.
Use various techniques (Internet sourcing, exploring niche job boards, LinkedIn networking, etc.) to find appropriate candidates for specific positions.
Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
Conduct preliminary interviews to gauge interest level, technical skill set, as well as salary range requirements

Qualification

This role plays a critical part in the growth and development of our business team by identifying and attracting top talents to all areas of the business.

Responsibilities:

Handson Exp on Maintaining  regular communication with hiring teams to anticipate, understand, and fulfil their hiring needs.
Analyse recruiting pipeline to identify and address issues impacting recruiting effectiveness.

Experience

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven 4+ years of experience as a Sourcer/ Recruiter
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, social media recruiting, Boolean search, etc.)
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
NP – Immediate

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Post graduation or bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant field.
Experience using HR databases and HRIS systems
