Job Summary:

Talent Services (TS) is a core service line within Global Delivery Services and Global Shared Services organisation, providing multiple HR Operational support services including Recruitment Operations support, Onboarding support, Core HR data administration, Learning Admin support, Performance management support, Global Mobility & CBTS support, Global Reporting, etc. to EY member firms.  TS provides these services to Areas, Regions, Countries, Global & Regional Talent teams, COE Teams, and other stakeholders. These services are delivered from our centres in Dalian, China; Kerala, India; Wroclaw, Poland; and Manila, Philippines.

 

Virtual Talent Hub (VTH) for the respective function is an integral part of TS service offerings where the extended delivery model is used along with high-quality skills and competencies delivered virtually. This is across service lines and regions – delivering non-repetitive project-based work through skilled, agile teams.  The team in the virtual hub is an extension of the regional talent teams and will cover operational/non-transnational scope.

The DE&I Consultant Europe West assists with the overall implementation of DE&I strategy in Europe West, working with the Region DE&I Partner Sponsors; EW DE&I SteeringCommittee Leader and the EW DE&I Leader and wider Talent as well as Executive Management teams. The role provides support across the strategic DE&I and Talent team priorities; develop and manage DE&I programs and events, ensuring alignment with global and area DE&I strategy; implement and report on metrics to measure effectiveness (i.e. firm-wide events, leader roundtables, internal D&I assessments) and integrating inclusiveness goals into business practices and processes. It includes coordination of reports and analysis of data, supporting meetings and events, managing deployment of DE&I programs, coordination with vendors and program management, management of internal projects and consultation with employee network groups.

Applications Used: SuccessFactors Report Centre, People Insights, EY People Pulse, Regional SharePoint sites, Power BI Dashboards, etc. 

Shift: Aligned to the shift timings/schedule of Central Europe

 

Essential Functions of the Job:

The key function of this position is to

Data analysis and reporting – in particular in relation to the leadership pipeline, monthly DE&I report, deep dive analysis to the DE&I tracker, ad-hoc requests for meetings and events
General DE&I co-ordination – e.g. production of the monthly stakeholder call and following up on action points  
Project management of the functions – tracking program progress and problem-solving to overcome barriers
Design, development and execution of campaigns (to include internal and external social media) e.g., IDAHOT, Flextober, International Women’s day with the development of best practice toolkits, refreshing thought leadership and sharing with the stakeholder groups
Development and ongoing upkeep of the regional intranet pages, latest news section, SharePoint pages, resources and team meeting pages
Support and maintain a centralized repository of DE&I tools, metrics, resources, internal site, external(retail/distribution) website content etc.
Attend webinars/conferences and sharing best practices with stakeholder group
Assist with drafting of Daily News stories and other communications drafts for DE&I as needed and liaising with BMC for the production of social media assets for various campaigns
Create newsletters for the respective network groups with internal and external materials that they can leverage to broaden their awareness and D&I knowledge
Overall project management of DE&I programs and initiatives, including the development of project plans, deliverables, and timelines for execution
Invest in your own continuous knowledge improvement of DE&I best practices
Lead in the creation and maintenance of strategic and creative DE&I communications. Partner with the BMC to consistently highlight DE&I initiatives
Prepare presentations, summarize talking points for key stakeholders and other materials about D&I efforts, including preparation for external speakers
Support with operational tasks such as outlook distribution lists or MS 360 group management and access
General governance like budget management, vendor management, etc.
Oversee the EW Mentoring Project by tracking the automation progress, liaising with key stakeholders, and providing regular updates to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Manage the external Uplift Social Equity Campaign by coordinating with the BMC contact, overseeing the preparation for publishing, and aligning all activities with the supervisor’s directives.

 

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

Possess high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Data analytics skills and proficiency in PowerBI
Have a strong track record of successful project management
Outstanding communication skills in English (oral and written)
Ability to write concise and targeted mails and texts that receive attention of the target groups
To be successful in this role, you must have a genuine interest in diversity, equity and inclusiveness
You should also be comfortable working with people across different locations, cultures and ranks
You should be extremely organized and detail-oriented

Job Requirements:

Education:

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in any discipline required.
Diploma in Human Resources will be an added advantage

 

Experience:

7+ years or more of professional experience, preferably DE&I portfolio and/ or Shared Services Operations domain
