This team is responsible for:
Continuing to build solutions for integrated, multi-service line pursuits, aligning our Lead Architects under one team, working closely with solution architects in the practices and supporting the market units in creating highly tailored, integrated solutions that differentiate Wipro and help them win.
Transforming the solutioning process to make it more efficient and effective, including the use of Generative AI to improve quality and efficiency, while sharing best practices across Wipro.
Working closely with the solution architects, practices, delivery organization and design authority community to ensure the solutions they create, together, can be delivered and transitioned smoothly post deal booking.
Leveraging research, data, improved collateral, and account-based marketing to inform our solution strategy and create delightful buyer experiences.
Role Overview
As a large pursuit solution leader at Wipro, you will drive solution blueprinting, solution detailing, estimating, and conducting workshops for large pursuits spanning cross-domain technologies, fostering a collaborative culture, and upholding Wipro’s core values. You will also work with the Europe leadership team to qualify deals, develop winning strategies and solution themes.
As the Solution Architect Lead, you will engage in sales and pre-sales phases of an opportunity pursuit in making targeted presentations, solution workshops and solution response. Engaging with solution architects across technology streams and develop integrated solution and commercial proposition for the pursuit is also critical to the success in this leadership position.
In this role you will conduct workshops with client and solution teams in co-creating solutions and fine-tuning the solution tenants. You are responsible for the final defence and presentation on the deal. You are expected to develop industry POVs and frameworks to improve positioning and replicate solution approaches. The Solution Architect Lead will also engage in delivery handover during inception phase to deliver strategy and the solution approach, whilst guiding and handing over the project to the execution team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Participate in pursuit requirement analysis and gathering workshops and ensure program objectives, business outcomes are converted to solution imperatives.
Responsible for solution storyline, central winning themes, framework of solution including architecture, technical capabilities, commercial construct.
Work with SMEs of specialized area to integrate solution in response to client RFP, RFI and proactive pursuits.
Responsible for the estimate validation and drive response content completeness.
Formulate best practices and design guidelines for the team.
Resolves complex design and configuration problems to meet specified objectives.
Ensures that developed systems meet performance considerations outlined in High Level Design.
Prepares High Level Designs and collate non-functional requirements
Guide the team and mentor them as required.
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor’s In computer engineering or equivalent
Extensive IT experience with 3+ years’ experience on leading large pursuit solutions.
Experience in Total outsourcing deals, operating model transformation, digital/cloud/data transformation
Certified Architect in at minimum one discipline.
Certification, Knowledge and expertise on Digital & Cloud technologies or Enterprise technologies like ERP, CRM, middle-office, and back-office applications.
Well-versed in the DevSecOps, Agile methodologies and value stream engineering
Should have worked 3+ years in pre-sales roles fulltime or part time for large deals more than 70Mn size.
Experience in managing multiple client accounts, conversations and solutions, as well as sales activities would be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills required – we need someone with executive presence with the ability to articulate a compelling value proposition and complex technical matters in simple terms to non-technical business or sales audience.
