Expert and experience on ServiceNow discovery and CMDB development. Experience in creating and maintaining custom patterns, probes, sensors, and schedules for ServiceNow Discovery. Expert and experience on ServiceNow service mapping & understanding on discovery and CMDB.
At least 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Extensive hands-on experience of working with script based ServiceNow components such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages etc.
Extensive experience of working with ServiceNow Glide objects such as GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax etc.
Ability to build ServicePortal pages, designing customer widgets and good understanding of Angular JS
Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
Good knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.
Familiar with ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and documentation
Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT operations management concepts
Experience in using ServiceNow plugins and MID Server configurations.
Interpersonal skills should be strong to manage Business and Product owners.
Strong logical thinking for real time solution and scenarios.
Listening with Architect and other stakeholders.
Good knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Must have CSA and CAD certifications.
