ECM Senior– Consulting
EY GDS Consulting digital, is looking out for experienced web content management expert, especially on Microsoft Office365. Resource will be part of Enterprise Content Management team delivering to clients across regions.
The opportunity
We’re looking for resources with expertise in O365 development, implementation and related technologies to join the group of our ECM Collaboration Consulting team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of our service offering.
Your key responsibilities
Architect, deploy, and manage Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop solutions for enterprise-level clients.
Plan an Azure Virtual Desktop implementation
Implement an Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure
Manage access and security for Azure Virtual Desktop
Manage user environments and apps for Azure Virtual Desktop
Monitor and maintain an Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure
Manage Windows 365 Cloud PCs and IAM
Regional resiliency (DR testing)
Provide advanced troubleshooting for issues related to virtual desktops, connectivity, application performance, and user access.
Implement automation for scaling and managing the virtual desktop environment.
Skills and attributes
7 years of experience in Information Technology with SCCM, Microsoft In-Tune, Azure, Azure AD Windows 10 & Server OS migrations support.
A complete degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Extensive experience implementing and maintaining SCCM used for Microsoft and 3rd party patch management managed mass software deployments and application self-service portal.
Experience in multiple technologies including Microsoft operating systems (Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 7, Vista), H.P. P.C.s and Laptops, Endpoint Security and Encryption
Business acumen to understand the impact of changes and services disruptions to operations
Functional Knowledge of infrastructure and application technologies and how they relate to delivery and maintenance of services such as LAN/WAN, Messaging, Mobility, Printing
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Candidate should have experience and working Knowledge of GPO s (Group Policy Objects), SCCM 2016, active directory, Office 365, IE11, security standards and engineering, technical documentation, evaluating, testing, and providing solutions within corporate standards. Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non – technical resources to architect, Design, and implement solutions.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex technical problems with team members, customers, and vendors quickly and effectively. Experience with operating system migrations, Windows Vista / 7 / 10 (x32 / x64) .
