Checkpoint Firewall:
Design, Implementation, Upgrade and Managing the Checkpoint Firewall
Add/modify/delete firewall rules and push
Mitigate the vulnerabilities by periodic firmware upgrades and hotfix patches also device upgrades
Coordinate with vendor for part replacement and high priority issues
Analyze and perform bug scrub validation for the newly recommended codes
Triage, identify and fix the incidents related to Checkpoint
Deep dive analysis of recurring incidents and provide root cause analysis
coordinate with OEM for hardware and software related issues.
In-depth knowledge of NAT, routing and IPSEC.
Have worked in packet flows, clusters etc.
F5:
Configure, Manage and administer the F5 Load balancer LTM & GTM
Provision virtual IP configuration and load balancing method based on application team requirement
Add/Modify/delete pool members, health monitoring string, NAT and iRule configuration
GTM wide IP configuration between the data center
Provision and validate the DNS entries for VIP and WIP
Periodic renewal of SSL certificates in F5 Load balancer

Coordinate with vendor for part replacement and high priority issues
Analyze and perform bug scrub validation for the newly recommended codes
Triage, identify and fix the incidents related to F5 load balancer and its server hosted environments
Zcaler:
Configuring access control settings. Blocking/Opening destination ports.
Creating/Deleting/Modifying user on Proxy server application and in Proxy server AD group for authentication.
Creating/Modifying/Deleting Custom URL’s list.
Management and configuration of filters.
Managing SAAS proxy services settings.
Troubleshooting Web filter application as and when required.
Review of daily/weekly/monthly checklist
Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis
Configure Web filter application to generate reports/logs.
Troubleshooting and fixing Content filter application related issues/problems.
Troubleshooting SAAS Proxy Service availability or performance problems.
Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis
Continual Service Improvement Planning and executions
Preparing, maintaining, and updating of SOP and Knowledgebase
Incident remediation support for specific policy violations in ZIA
Interface & troubleshoot any Zscaler services specific issues and incidents
Work with dependent service owner to resolve any ZIA related issues
Maintaining the ZIA service reporting and dashboard recommendation
Minor changes (<1 day) to the ZIA service reporting and dashboards
