Support the installation, de-installation of agents, Agent upgrades, troubleshooting of agent issues.
Execution of periodic vulnerability assessment scans for databases, sharing of report to Client stake holder monthly.
Generation of security reports to capture DMLs, DDLs, user entitlements, Daily/weekly/monthly dashboard reports
Operational support for Imperva appliances which includes monitoring, health check, and backups.
Creation, update, and maintenance of SOPs, run books, operational processes and other documentation related to DAM support services
Support failover, high availability configuration and disaster recovery testing for the DAM solution and its components.
Coordination with Imperva vendor product support for product issues & software defects.
