STS Cross-Function Reporting Analyst

EY Technology supports our technology needs through three business units:
Client Technology (CT) – focuses on developing new technology services for our clients. It enables EY to identify new technology-based opportunities faster, and pursue those opportunities more rapidly.
Enterprise Technology (ET) – ET supports our Core Business Services functions and will deliver fit-for-purpose technology infrastructure at the cheapest possible cost for quality services. ET will also support our internal technology needs by focusing on a better user experience.
Information Security (Info Sec) – Info Sec prevents, detects, responds and mitigates cyber-risk, protecting EY and client data, and our information management systems.
The opportunity
The Cross-Function Support Reporting Analyst partners closely across the Security Technology Services (STS) organization and Information Security to support and management of Security products and services. This includes analytics and reporting, service reviews, service improvements, service transition, introduction and readiness, and other activities as identified pertaining to end-to-end service management of internal security technology offerings.
Your key responsibilities
Support service improvement and product compliance initiatives for assign product portfolio.
Manage other BAU activities for assigned portfolio, such as audit support, documentation, license management, contract reviews, and miscellaneous “mini” projects that arise.
Initiate and support automation processes to make reporting more efficient, accurate and effective.
Skills and attributes for success
Conceptual knowledge of security applications and technologies, as well as operating system platforms including Cloud technologies, to support proper recognition and potential impact of new product or service introductions
Experience with developing management reporting leveraging SQL databases, scripting and API configuration and management
Knowledge of SharePoint development and management
Analytical acumen and solution orientation to provide recommendations to teams and leaders in support of avoiding financial, operational, and security risks to EY and our customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of a matrixed, geographically and culturally dispersed organization
Possess knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) to drive compliance in Incident, Problem, and Change processes and drive as necessary.
To qualify for the role you must have
Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
5 – 7 years working within Information Technology in a global firm
