The opportunity
We are looking for a specialist in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) who will be responsible for turning business ROI requirements into useable dashboards in CJA for Brand Marketing and Communications (BMC) and some specific business functions. This individual will support projects involving the analysis and creation of data insight dashboards using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics that will demonstrate links between marketing and revenue. Additionally, the role will have good stakeholder engagement as will need to manage process improvements as well as educate users on customer journey analysis best practices. The candidate will be a senior associate and must have existing experience with Customer Journey Analytics or Adobe Analytics as well as knowledge of the Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform and potentially PowerBI. A strong interest in data management and analytics is a necessity.
Your key responsibilities
Collaborate and work with cross-functional teams to plan, design and build reporting dashboards and other analytics outputs, with varying complexities and sizes.
Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all relevant specifications are available for the dashboard creation.
Work with the BMC Product support team to troubleshoot issues that users raise.
Work on the rollout of new reporting tools within BMC, helping to create and extract custom reporting and insights
Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.
Track work pipeline and deliver as per defined timeline and commitments.
Regularly provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders on the services provided
Provide project support to all Marketing Technology (MarTech) team members throughout the various stages of the project, including system testing.
Provide training and guidance on supporting processes to other team members.
Act as a brand champion, ensuring that all external campaigns and online content support the firm’s brand and business strategy and are compliant to risk and quality safeguards set by EY.
Must ensure adherence to EYs data privacy policies, processes, and regulatory and legislative requirements.
Skills and attributes for success
Adobe Customer Journey Analytics experience
Adobe Real-time Customed Data Platform knowledge
Experience of connecting marketing data to sales to demonstrate ROI (Lead/revenue attribution experience)
Adobe Analytics experience beneficial
Familiarity with the Adobe Tech Stack
Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.
Familiarity with Agile planning and Agile project management skills
Manage marketing analytics dashboards, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Microsoft SharePoint and PowerBI
Desired background on marketing automation platforms, preferably in Adobe Marketo Engage.
To qualify for the role, you must have
A university degree or college diploma in Digital Marketing or a related field.
Min. 1 year of experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and a total of 4+ years of work experience
Understanding of Marketing Automation campaigns and Customer Journeys
Ability to review processes and make suggestions to optimize them
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
