The opportunity

We are looking for Operations coordinator, who will carry out a wide range of administrative and coordinating activities for leadership/teams, utilizing the processes and tools of the Operations Management team. Operations coordinators will interface regularly with wider team members and other GDS support functions. In this role, the operations coordinator is expected to make independent decisions, exercise sound judgment and discretion, and review or coordinate the work of others. Attention to detail, ownership of the entire process, coordination with geographically dispersed stakeholders and a driving personality is crucial to success in this role. The job also for the creation, modification, and maintenance of contact records in the CRM system.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Contact Creation:
Input new contact information into the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
Gather necessary data from various sources, including lead generation tools, marketing campaigns, and customer inquiries.
Data Modification:
Update existing contact records to reflect changes in customer information, such as address, phone number, and email.
Ensure all updates comply with data protection regulations and company policies.
Data Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular audits of contact data to identify duplicates, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
Implement corrective measures to maintain high data quality standards.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing team.

 

Your responsibilities will also include:

Provide operational support through effective co-ordination.
Prepare dashboards to provide status updates, generate insights, assess performance in terms of pipeline, revenue, Data Cleansing etc.
Prepare documents, presentations, and dashboards for meetings or for the leadership that are ready for circulation to senior leadership – consistency, font sizing, slide spacing, page numbering – meeting EY standards
Data aggregation activities by sourcing the required information from both internal and external sources
Coordinate with other internal teams, e.g. Knowledge, AWS, BMC, Finance, Technology, etc. to leverage existing skills for achieving project goals.
Support maintenance of SharePoint sites by managing content.
Maintenance of distribution lists and regular audits to ensure continued alignment.
Provide inputs for process improvement, building efficiencies, automation, standardization etc

 

Qualifications/Skills and attributes for success

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Familiarity with data entry and database management.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data management tools.
Capable of engaging effectively with multiple stakeholders, understanding the objectives of their programs/initiatives.
Interact effectively and maintain good rapport among a diverse group of team members, customers and colleagues, demonstrating tact and diplomacy
Interact directly with the clients to capture first level requirements for the projects and also capture the requirements for complex projects
Effectively handle routine tasks including follow-up and respond appropriately to unexpected situations, communicating the concerns to Operations Management leadership as required
Demonstrate best work practices within department and among other teams

Ideally, you’ll also have

Graduate / Post-graduate degree – (Business Administration and Management) with entry level or 1 to 2 years of work experience
