DESCRIPTION
The role presents an opportunity to own, build experiences and deliver results for Amazon Pay offline Merchant partners. Role involves defining strategies, 3YP vision and bring scalability through high impact technology-product integrations with leading Merchant/Brand partners to drive million dollar revenue stream and incubating newer domains/use cases to drive Amazon Payments scale. Role requires high level of ownership, bias for action, strategic thinking, data analytics skills, good negotiator/communicator, stakeholder management and an eternal drive to learn and innovate on behalf of our customers.
Key job responsibilities
– Drive Amazon’s payment acceptance with P&L ownership at offline merchants and brands with National and Regional by interacting with decision makers
– On-board new brands by providing solutions to their internal requirements, and successfully closing complex contract negotiations
– Own and cultivate the business relationship with the key partners and corporate customers with a long term vision to make the Amazon Pay their top choice for any digital payments requirements
– Be accountable for driving, measuring, and reporting on key inputs and outputs.
– Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers
– Develop and execute strategies to meet brand needs and output metrics like TPV
– Obtain brand feedback to assess performance against organizational objectives
– Engage with Amazon Pay and product/platform leadership to represent business results and advocate for customer needs
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 6+ years of sales experience
– Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
– Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tool
– Experience managing teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of B2B industry service delivery experience
