Business Consulting – Organisation Design, Manager
Your key responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting across project management, organisation design, and supporting the People Consulting practice. Key responsibilities include:

 

Organisation Design:

Have experience working in or supporting teams delivering organisation design, operating model, change, engagement and business readiness and/or have a strong academic background in organisation design or project management.

 

Project/ Programme Management Delivery:

Supporting delivery on projects and/ or workstreams, primarily in organisation design, change management and business readiness but may include other core service offerings. Working as part of delivery teams and supporting and owning deliverables. Responsible for working with teams and management to implement project plans:

 

Client Responsibilities:
Independently work with client stakeholders and deliver:

Organisation Design: 

Current State
Gap and 
Future state design

Bench marking experience 
Training need identification and training delivery
Stakeholder management assessment plan and engagement plan 
Exposed to industry best practices on Otganisational Design and toolkits 
Successfully execute the project to agreed schedule, budget and scope
Engage with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate
Perform the relevant project management processes – i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management
Should be able to diagnose and strategize the need for change and articulate it well to all involved
Should be able to lead and manage the entire change as project with reporting 
Should be able to design and plan trainings for the stakeholders involved 
Should be able to design and plan, communicate effectively throughout in the entire change cycle
Strong and proven networking skills
Ability to influence and draw consensus 

Skills and attributes for success:

Have experience using relevant tools, templates and methodologies.
Past experience in organisation design – 
Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise.
Have strong personal impact and resilience and be able to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions.
Be pragmatic – taking a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement
Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions
Be focused on achieving project / programme goals and objectives
Be adept at overcoming issues and barriers
Be experienced of full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation

 

To qualify for the role, you must have:

Post/Graduation qualified and have relevant professional experience.
PROSCI or equivalent is desirable.
8+ years similar experience
Atleast should have been part of (more than 2) end to end organisation design projects
Ability to design future sate of the organisation in consultation with the senior stakeholders
Highly numerate and passionate about organisation design and people engagement
Ability to quickly grasp complex business problems and develop appropriate solutions
Good written and oral communication is a must
Problem solving, experience in co-creating the solution along with the client stakeholders will have an added advantage
