Supply Chain Consultant

Job Description
About the Role:
As a Supply Chain Consultant, you will play a critical role as a subject matter expert (SME) for inbound logistics, warehouse management, and outbound logistics. With a proven track record of successfully implementing and rolling out warehouse management solutions (Preferably Blue Yonder), your expertise will be invaluable in understanding and articulating business requirements, guiding customizations, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Implementations: Lead and manage complete warehouse management implementations, from initial assessment to final deployment.
Rollout Management: Oversee and support the rollout of WMS solutions (Preferably Blue Yonder) across multiple sites or regions, ensuring a smooth transition.
Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document detailed business requirements, aligning them with solution capabilities.
Customization Guidance: Provide expert guidance on required customizations to tailor Blue Yonder solutions to meet specific client needs and objectives.
Integration Expertise: Ensure seamless integration of WMS solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS).
Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes and meet client expectations.
Change Management: Support organizational change management initiatives to facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives within the team and organization to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations and rollouts WMS Solutions.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of WMS modules (Preferably Blue Yonder) and their functionalities.
Functional Expertise: Knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and best practices.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Project Management: Proven project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work with onsite and offshore teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a consulting environment
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$60,000] to [$135,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
