Job Title: Salesforce Senior Business Analyst / Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Across India
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with Industry experience and a minimum of an MBA education to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand define & design business processes aligned to industry best in class templates
Develop business capability maps and roadmap
Analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform
Design and implement Salesforce solutions to improve business processes and drive efficiency
Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements
Responsible to maintain product backlog with user stories to cover development effort for the upcoming sprints
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce solutions
Development of Training materials and training to end users
Stay current with Salesforce best practices and industry trends
Requirements
Minimum of an MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 MBA Institute
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices across cloud including Salesforce Industries Cloud , Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud etc.
Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus
Industry experience in Energy & Utilities is preferred
