The endeavour of Outbound Contact Centre is to create best in class customer experience through effective use of innovative technology for a sustainable mutually beneficial relationship.  As a part of Outbound Contact Centre, he/she would have to support the respective Line of Business to achieve and exceed dial targets through effective use of communication skills. The Axis Bank Outbound Contact Channel will work and focus on a new age technology which will provide the customer with a new and unique banking experience in terms of customer service.

 

About the Role:

The Unit Manager – Secured Loans (Home Loan) needs to manage an outbound team across various banking products. The Outbound team will be in partner payroll. The incumbent is expected to manage around 50 member team with the support of 2 Team Leaders.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Drive Sales, Productivity, Cross Sell, Cost to Income, profitability and growth of channel.

·         Train and Manage team of 50+ strong tele-callers who will be engaged in selling of products to existing customers of the bank. Unit Manager will be managing the team of Digital Officers – Home Loan.

·         Develop and implement effective sales strategy to achieve business objectives.

·         Analyze business numbers to identify opportunities and GAPS for corrective actions.

·         Call Listening Live/recorded to know quality of Leads

·         Identify bottlenecks & issues in a timely manner- facilitate resolution

·         Ensure delivery of the sales targets assigned for the respective line of business.

·         Guide, coach and motivate teams for improved performance.

·         Drive productivity of the team.
