About WB:
The Wholesale Banking Products Group focuses on transaction banking or flow businesses, i.e. current accounts, collection & payments solutions, trade services, forex remittances and capital market solutions. It caters to corporates, SMEs, sole proprietors, financial institutions & government segment.
About the Role:
· Design and track the wholesale banking product commercialization plan
· Tracking of high level business metrics, product profitability and competitive benchmarking
· Senior management presentations
Key Responsibilities
· Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business of the department
· Assess the departments operational and strategic performance
· Construct forecasts and analytical models for the department
· Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall bank strategy
· Run “Pebble in the Shoes” calls for each Product to systematically solve for long standing service and product related issues by getting cross functional teams together
· Assess the progress of strategic projects/initiative undertaken by the department
· Manage design and usability, customer feedback and user experience (customer, ops and sales)
Qualifications:
· Graduation/ Post- Graduation from a recognized institute
· Good understanding of technology as a driver of meeting customer expectations
· Preferably some exposure to wholesale banking products
