About Information Technology:

Information Technology (IT) department at Axis bank, relates to all the Applications that Axis bank has, be it for the customers or for the internal bank staff. IT team will own and manage these applications. This would include change – which is business and tech enhancements, and run – which would include full time support for the applications.

About the Role:

The Portfolio Lead will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development and implementation of projects in the department and must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

·         Support the automation discovery process with technical solution design guidance

·         Co-ordinate with technical teams to identify and triage performance and operational issues that arise throughout the course of automation implementation

·         Support the budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources

·         Liaise with other departments in the bank and  facilitate internal and external communication for the intelligent automation group

·         Responsible for the overall program management, coordination, execution, control and completion of projects or programs related to intelligent automation.

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

·         Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS

·         15+ years in a IT leadership role with functional knowledge of RPA including market leading trends and platforms (e.g. Automation Anywhere and Work fusion) , Machine learning and Artificial intelligence

·         PMP/ Six Sigma certificate/ MBA/ other advanced degrees preferred

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

·         Knowledge of banking domain with experience in project/program management

·         Should have good presentation and communication skills

·         Stakeholder management ability – regular interaction with the leadership team to align deliverables with organization objectives
