We are looking for a smart, results-oriented Associate – Site Merchandiser to be a part of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing best in class on-site and traffic channel merchandising strategies and content. This role is based in Bangalore.

As an Associate Site Merchandiser you will ensure that customer experience and expectations are set and met to a high standard. You will execute and schedule content on emails, home pages, category pages, and pages across the site based on the instructions/inputs shared by senior Site Merchandisers. You will also report on performance and traffic data to the larger team. You will assist in creation of new brand and product merchandising basis inputs from your manager. You will be involved in coordinating with the category managers, designers, and other editors in similar roles across the business. You will also work on multiple projects across Category Programs.

Key job responsibilities
· Assist execution of the plan as per site merchandising calendar. This includes email programs, push notifications, new product/brand launches, sending direct mailers to customers, developing and executing site-wide promotions on a weekly basis, browse tree design and search results
· Manage cross-functional, large impact Baby and Consumables projects
· Program manage upcoming CX launches in the Home shopping experience
· Coordinate with multiple teams to develop relevant, thorough and authoritative creative content for the site
· Running and analyzing proof of performance reports
· Synthesize and analyze relevant content/traffic metrics
· Learning and scaling up on merchandising tools and widgets
· Assist in developing merchandising for large scale promotions, and work closely with category managers and merchandising team to schedule promotions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The Associate Site Merchandiser must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
· Strong communication skills with experience in coordinating with multiple teams and communicating with senior members of the team
· A strong sense of design and executing online campaigns which improve customer experience
· Be action oriented with an ability to prioritize and deliver
· Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and customer segment recommendations
· Working independently on key deliverables
· Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment
· Capability to meet our technical requirements, which include HTML, XML and Excel, plus the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly

Basic qualifications
· Basic Graduation/Masters in Communication
· Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment
· Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize
· Demonstrated experience of working with tools in an online set-up
· Experience of working in a role involving interaction with cross-functional teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 1+ years of experience
· Demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and customer segment recommendations
· Capability to meet our technical requirements, which include HTML, XML and Excel, plus the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly
