Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our “account-centric” approach to serving clients starts with knowing about their business and providing tools and enablers to provide consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients’ most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Executive Management, Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

By following EY methodologies, executing on guidance, and leveraging tools and judicious programs, we bring the necessary rigor to our engagements. And by accessing our latest EY insights, solutions and client conversation tools, we have more meaningful conversations with our clients to help shape their thinking and generate additional value creation.

We assist the executive management in overseeing the firm’s operations.  Key responsibilities includes:

Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify priority areas, growth driver solutions, review account plans and to drive growth and market enablement initiatives 
Conceptualising and implementing firm-wide market campaigns to link and align PAN India teams on focus solutions, growth opportunities, etc
Monitoring firm revenue and pipeline and facilitating management review 
Preparing GTM materials for the firm 
Preparing reports for management review

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Edit and proofread website content to ensure clarity, grammatical correctness, and alignment with the company’s style guide.
Optimize content for search engines through comprehensive keyword research, effective meta tags, and on-page SEO practices.
Manage the editorial calendar, collaborating with content creators to ensure timely and relevant publication of materials.
Utilize content management systems for content updates and to maintain optimal site structure for user experience and SEO.
Conduct in-depth website analytics, using tools like Adobe Analytics to track performance metrics such as user behavior, traffic sources, bounce rates, and conversion rates.
Analyze SEO data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of SEO strategies, and adjust tactics accordingly to improve rankings and visibility.
Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and content marketing strategies to keep the website competitive.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that content supports marketing campaigns and overall business objectives.
Develop and execute link-building campaigns to enhance the website’s authority and search rankings.
Work with social media teams to ensure a cohesive online presence and to leverage social signals for improved SEO outcomes.
Generate regular SEO reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and guiding content strategy decisions.
Monitor and report on content performance, using analytics to guide future content creation and optimization efforts.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in digital editing, SEO, and web analytics, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and expertise in Google/ Adobe Analytics.
Familiarity with content management systems and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive mindset and a commitment to ongoing learning and improvement in the digital content and SEO landscape.
