Amazon miniTV is shaping the future of digital video entertainment in India. We are looking for a smart, high performing results-oriented Associate Marketing Manager to be a part of this new service launch and ramp-up. The successful candidate should be execute flawlessly while demonstrating ability to think strategically as well. Key job responsibilities

Own and drive Amazon.in merchandizing: The employee will require to own and implement various strategies, experiment, report back on metrics and continuously iterate on new ideas. He / She will need to work with multiple stakeholder teams to test and merchandize winning graphics and widgets. He / she will need to have strong understanding of merchandising, should have high comfort with analysing large data sets and customer metrics to drive decision making.
Own metrics: The employee will own acquisition and adoption metrics.
Service other traffic channels: He / She will work with traffic channel teams to drive engagement with right customer facing messaging
Comfort in working with stakeholders: He / She will need to work with internal designers and agency to build creative strategies and campaigns + work with Content acquisition team for insights on what would drive high viewership.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1+ years’ experience in program or project management
Experience interpreting data to make business recommendations

Ability to handle high visibility, dynamic launches with clear, firm communication to all stakeholders
Responsible for planning and executing best in class site and email merchandising strategies.
Designing and executing online campaigns which improve customer experience
Strong communication skills; experience in coordinating teams and communicating to Content creators, program teams
Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize
Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and customer segment recommendations
Working independently on key deliverables
Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment
Capability to meet our technical requirements, which include HTML, XML and Excel, plus the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred requirements:

Proficiency in Amazon merchandizing tools – content symphony and Sonata
Experience designing and executing online customer experiences
Strong communication skills; experience in coordinating teams and communicating to senior management
