Job Summary:
As a Campus Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in driving our bulk hiring initiatives. You will be responsible for building relationships with educational institutions, managing recruitment processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure we meet our talent acquisition goals.

 

Experience: 2-4 Years

 

Key Responsibilities:

Bulk Hiring Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy focused on bulk recruitment for CA freshers.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and service line leaders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies while providing regular updates on progress.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent sources to enhance recruitment strategies.
Data Management: Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics to monitor and report on recruitment effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in campus recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring.
Proven experience in stakeholder management and collaboration across departments.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Willingness to travel to campuses and attend recruitment events as needed.
