We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Human Resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR leader with a proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of HR analytics, talent management, and change management to drive organizational success..
Your key responsibilities
Stakeholder Partnering:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand and anticipate the impact of business decisions on employees.
Utilize HR analytics and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making and provide actionable insights.
Lead HR’s involvement in organizational changes such as mergers, acquisitions, or restructurings.
Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.
Support the Request for Proposal (RFP) processes by providing HR expertise and insights.
Employee Advocacy and Engagement:
Develop and execute action plans based on People Pulse Survey (PPS) results and employee feedback.
Act as a trusted advisor to Partners on people-related matters, enhancing employee engagement and well-being.
Empower managers to foster a culture of engagement and well-being within their teams.
Drive inclusive practices and fair representation across the organization.
Champion employee well-being initiatives and connect Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) as per the ECHO Framework.
Talent Management:
Provide coaching to Partners on talent and people matters.
Conduct talent assessments to identify and develop high-potential employees.
Design and implement talent retention programs to reduce turnover.
Oversee succession planning for critical roles to ensure business continuity.
Develop strategies for the integration of new joiners, including Diversity and Inclusion Action Plans (DAP).
Assist in identifying and developing the leadership pipeline.
Operational Excellence and Compliance:
Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence for all SSL-level processes, managing a large independent portfolio of 3500+ employees.
Conduct quality audits and recommend process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Resolve complex workplace disputes and maintain a harmonious work environment.
Uphold strict compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
Lead and provide strategic direction to teams on all HR-related matters.
Initiatives:
Design and drive strategic HR imperatives that align with organizational goals.
Contribute to Service Line (SL) initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Foster team engagement and ensure robust SSL governance.

To qualify for the role you must have
Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
Minimum of 17 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
