Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our “account-centric” approach to serving clients starts with knowing about their business and providing tools and enablers to provide consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients’ most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Executive Management, Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

We assist the executive management in overseeing the firm’s operations.  Key responsibilities includes:

Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify priority areas, growth driver solutions, review account plans and to drive growth and market enablement initiatives 
Conceptualising and implementing firm-wide market campaigns to link and align PAN India teams on focus solutions, growth opportunities, etc
Monitoring firm revenue and pipeline and facilitating management review 
Preparing GTM materials for the firm 
Preparing reports for management review

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies for the Tax service line.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes.
Campaign Development and Execution:
Drive end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
Utilize a 360-degree approach, including digital, social media, events, content, and traditional marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Content Marketing:
Oversee the creation of compelling and targeted content for various stages of the buyer’s journey.
Develop a content calendar and ensure content is optimized for different channels and platforms.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize data-driven insights to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Identify KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Bachelors or Masters in Marketing and events

Proficiency in Microsoft excel and PPT

Good analytical skills

Experience

3-4 years’ experience working with marketing campaigns and project management
Understanding of B2B content led marketing
Work experience with professional consulting firms
Experience operating efficiently, maintaining good judgment in fast-paced environments, and working with leaders
Good written and communication skills
Event planning
