Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the JAMF Pro server and its components, such as smart groups, policies, profiles, scripts, and reports.
Deploy, configure, and update MAC devices, applications, and settings using JAMF Pro.
Troubleshoot and resolve MAC and JAMF related issues, such as enrolment, authentication, connectivity, performance, and security.
Provide technical support and training to end users and other IT staff on MAC and JAMF related topics.
Document and maintain the MAC and JAMF policies, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to ensure the compatibility and integration of MAC and JAMF solutions with other systems and platforms.
Research and evaluate new MAC and JAMF technologies and trends to improve the MAC and JAMF environment and user experience.
At least 3-5 years of experience in MAC and JAMF administration and support.
Strong knowledge of MAC OS, JAMF Pro, and related technologies, such as Azure Active Directory, SSO, conditional access, Device Compliance, Octory and encryption.
Proficient in scripting languages, such as Bash, Python, or AppleScript.
Knowledge on other MDM’s such as Intune or Workspace One and others are preferred.
Build automated solutions and initiative to improve end user experience.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in JAMF 200 or higher is preferred.
