Prepare recurring sales and fundraise reporting across Private Wealth Solutions sales channels and products with tremendous focus on accuracy
Manipulate various, robust, data sets to generate analytics and track efficiency of sales and marketing initiatives across global business
Assist in the ongoing maintenance of global CRM system and data infrastructure platform
Create recurring and ad-hoc Salesforce campaigns to enable timely and accurate distribution of sales / marketing emails to 30K+ recipients
Assist with generation of actionable business insights through analysis of key initiatives

The successful candidate must have:
Strong academic record
2-3 years of experience with data manipulation and sales reporting in financial services industry, alternatives investments a plus
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Knowledge and Proficiency across Tableau, Salesforce
Basic knowledge of Python and VBA macros
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly motivated and driven with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
