The Operations and Reporting team within EY GDS is a dynamic and multi-offering function consisting of more than 300 employees across India, the Philippines and Poland with six global centers. The UKI Alliances Activation Support role is an exciting opportunity to work directly with EY’s Alliances and the Partners and Directors who manage our Alliance relationships. You will provide insight as well as project management and operational support, with development opportunities to lead independent projects.

Key to this role will be the ability to deliver high quality insights and assets tailored to the individual stakeholder

 

Your key responsibilities

Provide comprehensive project management support across strategic and emerging Alliances, ensuring that all deliverables are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Execute key Alliance processes, including deal registration, deal recognition, and funding programs, to manage and optimize Alliances for success.
Analyze and report on Alliance activity in the market, translating technical language and technologies into a professional business context.
Utilize EY’s research platforms to build and develop knowledge and content specific to UKI Alliances.
Build and leverage internal networks within GDS, EMEIA, and Global Alliances to identify and share best practices, enhancing the effectiveness of Alliance initiatives.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Educational qualification

Bachelor’s degree in business (or equivalent area of study or experience).

 

Experience

4 to 8 years work experience with exposure to operations management

Technologies and Tools

Demonstrated expert level experience in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Technical proficiency in Power BI, Alteryx and other Business Intelligence systems (is good to have)
