BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

2 to 3 years of experience in HR domain, preferably in global Benefits.
Superior attention to detail
Ability to priorities and action on work with minimal guidance
Aptitude for working independently with excellent problem solving skills
Strong Ownership, Bias for Action, Earn Trust, Insist on the Highest Standards, and Customer Obsession
Proven experience working with Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to identify areas of improvement and think out of box to provide solution

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience of PeopleSoft preferred
Good Communication Skills
MS Office experience and ability to use MS Excel for reporting
Customer service orientation with ability to serve multiple customers
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Computer operating and database management skills
Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, analytical and critical thinking skills
