Do you want to work in one of the fastest growing and most innovative businesses at Amazon? Amazon Devices is looking for a someone to manage a new program of the Device Management Team’s operations.
The Device Management Team (DMT) provides logistical support, inventory management, device recall, software (SW) support and device acquisition services for the full spectrum of the Amazon Device portfolio. Our objective is to provide device distribution and return services that are agile, secure and easy to use. Our goal is to provide smooth process so the testing of prototype devices is going according to the plan so our customers receive the best possible product.

Key job responsibilities
You will be responsible for the distribution and collection of devices and maintain the device inventory for pan India operations.
• Consolidate data from multiple data sources and generate weekly metrics and daily reports to support business needs.
• Manage the preparation of devices before they are distributed to testers, including software imaging, initial impressions’ testing, packaging and tracking.
• Support operations by maintaining office systems and working with internal leadership teams.
• Manage the device ingestion process and customs documentation for device movement.
• Physical audit of all devices to meet the device compliance SLA
• Collaborate with Amazon Prototype Security to ensure compliance with deployment guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations during the destruction process. Maintain accurate records of devices to be disposed of and their associated data

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– Bachelor’s degree
– Speak, write, and read fluently in English
– Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience in logistics
