Account Executive, Capital Markets
We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive leading a rapidly growing major capital market account in the Chicago area. This role is responsible for nurturing and growing client relationships, growing Wipro’s business in the account, ensuring Wipro is delivering to the committed outcomes for the client, and establishing rigorous sales governance with the client.
Responsibilities:
As the client executive, you are accountable for delivery, growth, and profitability:
Establishing and managing client relationships with key decision makers at the CXO level and below.
Building rapport and trust by leverage client context and understanding client’s overall business goals in order to best position Wipro as a Strategic IT partner and lead to new sales opportunities to implement IT solutions.
Focus on P&L growth mind-set
Work well with internal team and clients across many different geographies and cultures, understanding how to continue to strenthen relationships and further anchor the account.
Experience Requested:
8+ years broad IT (SI) sales-focused experience to clients in Financial Services, with preference to Capital Markets-specific domain.
Experience managing an account P&L and working to sales targets on revenue, order booking and margins.
10+ years background of consulting and/or delivery experience within Financial Services- Capital Markets experience highly preferred.
Strong client facing skills (presentations, follow up on multiple initiatives/deliverables threads, etc.)
Self-starter with proven track record of working across Delivery, Account Relationship Teams and Practice Teams.
Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships and ability to manage upto CXO stakeholders.
Experience in Technology Integration and Transformation
Strong understanding of Global Delivery Model and program management.
