Project Role :Project Control Services Practitioner
Project Role Description :Support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : A:Ensure the successful implementation of the PMOs strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables B:Monitor Programme reporting and assist the Head of Programmes in reporting to Senior Management C:Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking service across the Programme D:Provide a quality assurance role in line with defined Programme Management Office process E:Prepare regular status reporting to all levels of the business

Technical Experience : A:At least five years of relevant project management or PMO management experience B:Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS project C:Experience of managing a PMO office D:Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and programme plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies E:Highly efficient in resource planning and tasks assignment
